By definition, the jewel is an object of great value. As such, it is a delicate good, whose beauty and duration are conditioned by how you treat them.
All our jewels are sent inside a box. We recommend that you keep the item in its original packaging, avoiding prolonged contact with another product that could erode or cause modifications to its components.
We recommend keeping them in a dark and dry place, avoiding excessive heat too. If the site is very humid, it is advisable to keep them together with an anti-humidity bag. As coating and plating can lose intensity with time and use, depending on the use of the jewels, we recommend you to take the pieces to your trusted jeweler for professional cleaning once a year.
Avoid contact with all types of liquids, such as water, soaps, detergents, alcohols or chemicals. Avoid washing your hands, showering, bathing or doing cleaning activities with them. We recommend applying the makeup, lacquer and perfume before putting the jewel. Do not use the jewelery when if you are going to sweat.
For the cleaning of our jewelry, we recommend rubbing the pieces with a soft cloth (not paper), to restore the shine and eliminate oxidation. We discourage the use of chemical products, such as metal cleaners. For a deeper cleaning, you can use a damp soft brush or cloth and then dry with a soft-temperature hair dryer. The crystal stones can be cleaned in the same way. Opaque stones such as turquoise or lapis lazuli should not get wet, since they can absorb moisture by being porous. Therefore, please clean them with a dry cloth gently.
