RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of seven days, counting from the date of recepction to execute the right of return.
EXCHANGES
You can only exchange one item for the same in a different size.
Please, specify the new size when accomplishing the exchange process. If you want to exchange for a different item, we recommend making a return and ordering again.
RETURNS COSTS
In case of return, shipping costs will not be refunded. Besides, courier costs will be paid by the customer (with the exception of defective products).
The refund will be made to the credit card of the buyer (or Paypal account).
Important return information
The item must be returned unused and within 7 days from the date of reception.
Please, use the original packaging for the return process. If the item is damaged on its way, it may not be accepted for return.
DEFECTIVE ARTICLE
We use high quality natural stones crafted by hand. Precious and semiprecious stones can have natural inclusions, therefore changing the intensity of their colors because there are not two identical pieces. This gives the jewel an added value, not being consider a defect in the product but a sign of exclusiveness, uniqueness and customization.
If the defect comes from use, it will not be considered defective.
If you want to return a defective item, keep in mind that it will only be replaced by the same model in the same size.

The prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT).
RESIDENTS IN EXTRACOMUNITARY COUNTRIES
Orders placed from non-EU countries will be exempt from VAT and will not be sent to P.O.B.s.
Shipping costs do not include import taxes (tariffs), which will be paid at destination by the recipient of the goods.
